Looking at the stats, Culpepper is having one of his better games as a Lion: 8-11-86-1 TD-1 INT-87.7 rating.
Still, it means shit. Culpepper's car is already packed and idling, ready to blow Detroit. The Lions would have been better off in the long run starting Stanton or even Ramsey. But I'm not running the Lions...thank God. The job either would kill me, or drive me insane.
Suh watch: Rams up 3-0 at the half.
The Lions opening drive ends at their own 38. They'll have to punt...FAKE on 4th and 8?

Indeed it is, and the Lions fool nary a soul. Bears sniff out the direct snap to Pearson, and take over at the Lions 39. I like aggressiveness, but pick your damn spots!
Delmas drops a sure pick deep in Detroit territory. You know what they say, defensive backs are converted receivers with bad hands.
The missed pick (and the stupid fake punt) kills the Lions, as Cutler hits Aromashodu for 9 yards and the TD. Bears kick the PAT, and take a 20-10 lead.
The Lions take over at their 35...and go absolutely nowhere. They go backwards, in fact, as Culpepper is sacked on 3rd and long. I'm almost on the verge of calling it...but not yet.
The Bears start inside their 20...and go absolutely nowhere. The exchange of punts, lose the Lions about 6 yards, as they start from their 29.
FOX shows Rod Marinelli on the sideline, as you knew they would sometime during the game...

It's a sharp shuvel too.
2 consecutive completions to Megatron move the Lions to the Bears 38. It's still a game...
Lions face 3rd and 2, Culpepper loops a moon ball to Brown, who catches the ball 2 yards short of the sticks, and immediately brought down. Awful fucking pass...
Hanson will come on to try a 48 yard FG, as the Lions fans in the crowd express their displeasure in not going for it. The kick is good, Bears still up by a TD, 20-13 with 1:50 left in the 3rd.
Suh watch: Niners take the lead over the Rams, 7-3, with 6:48 left in the 3rd.
Bears start from the 15, Cutler looks deep...and tosses a Culpepper-like pass that falls a good 10 yards short of the wide out.
Bears take a 20-13 lead into the 4th, as the clock runs out on the 3rd quarter.
There's officially 15 minutes left in the Lions' season.
