Semi-interesting factoids:
Straight from Lions PR: Rookie S Louis Delmas has made an impact on defense by converting opportunities into defensive points. He is the first rookie in NFL history to record an interception return for a TD, fumble return for a TD and a safety in the same season, and only the second player ever to do so (Rams LB Rod Martin, 1984). He leads all rookies in defensive points scored with 9.
Straight from Bears PR: Jay Cutler’s 23 touchdown passes this season are the most since Rex Grossman also had 23 in 2006. The only Bears quarterbacks who’ve thrown for more scores in a season are Erik Kramer (29 in 1995) and Sid Luckman (28 in 1943 and 24 in 1947). Cutler’s 3,390 yards are second in franchise history to Kramer’s 3,838 in 1995. Barring an injury, Cutler will set team records for pass attempts and completions in a season. Having completed 314 of 519 passes, he needs two completions and four attempts in Sunday's finale in Detroit to break the marks that Kramer set in those respective categories in 1995. Cutler, by the way, was voted the NFC offensive player of the week after passing for 273 yards and 4 touchdowns in Monday night’s overtime win over the Vikings.
Injury Reports:

Just the stats, please:

What I'm watching:
I'll be watching the news wires, keeping an eye on the score of the St. Louis Rams game. The Rams take on the Niners, and if they win while the Lions lose as expected, Detroit can pencil in Huskers DT Ndamukong Suh as their 1st overall draft pick. Might as well hope to get something positive out of what has been a God awful season.
As for the Bears-Lions game? It'll be the same shit, different day, of course. Nothing new to see here, move along.
Prediction:
The Jay Cutler Picks Across America Tour continues, and keeps the game relatively close. Even if Cutler throws a pick or 4, it won't make a difference in the end. You got to be able to score in order to win, and the Lions' offense is putrid with any quarterback not named Stafford under center. The Bears will score enough to keep their fans, who will likely make up more than 50% of the Ford Field crowd, drunk and happy.
Chicago Bears 21 - Detroit Lions 3
And a nightmare season finally ends.
