We've heard the rumors all through the holiday weekend, and have gotten player conformation as to their practice squad status though various social media outlets. But the Lions had yet to confirm who would make up their practice squad.
The word has come from Allen Park. The practice squad roster is officially official.
Mlive's Killer Kowalski has the names:
DT Robert Callaway, LB Caleb Campbell, C Dan Gerberry, CB Jonathan Hefney, WR Michael Moore, CB Paul Pratt, WR Tim Toone.
The Lions have filled only seven of the eight available practice squad slots. Keeping a slot open gives the Lions options when shuffling players around or in signing free agents, without having to lose a player they like.
There's been no more movement on the 53 man roster since the additions/subtractions made Sunday afternoon. But keep in mind, the week is still young...
