I do have one question. If Scrooge McDuck couldn't pony up the dough, why didn't anyone try Hank Scorpio?

I know, I know, they're fictional gazillionaires, and one is them is a duck! But any excuse to get in a Hank Scorpio reference, the best one off Simpsons character EVER, is A-OK by me!
