Lions vs Rams stream can be found here: http://12stepdrop.com/2009/11/01/the-sunday-stream-week-8/

Been a badly played game all around. Though the Lions do mange to force a Rams punt to start the 2nd half. Miracles do happen.

So I missed the entire 1st half, and it seems I sure as Hell didn't miss much. The Lions wide outs have left much to be desired, to say the very least. Matt Stafford deserves better.

Lions start their 1st possession of the 2nd half deep in their own territory. On 3rd and 3, Stafford overthrows Northcutt. As much as I'd like to blame the wide out for the misfire, that was all on Stafford. Can you blame him, though. The Lions' wides have dropped so many passes, Stafford though the chain gang had a better shot at holding on to the ball...

The jokes are all over Twitter. Here's what my friend @Swarheit has this to say from the seats at Ford Field:

The following may lead to your ejection from Ford Field: Impersonating a professional football player. This applies to both teams.

From what little I've seen so far, he's spot on.

nfl follows the money

The AP chimes in, as @Larry Lage is appalled:

Unofficially, the Lions and Rams have set an NFL record for false starts by a TE

On 3rd and 6, Marc Bulger takes off from the pocket, and slides a half yard short of the 1st down! If he stays on his feet a millisecond longer, he converts the 3rd down. If Bulger dives instead of slides, he converts. Hilarious!

Yep, this is BAD football, people.

On 1st down, again deep in Lions territory, Stafford wants to throw...SACK. Jebus, why did I want to watch this shit?

3rd down, Stafford checks off...and it's over the head of the running back. Laughable. Fucking laughable.

Rams start just outside the 50 after the Harris punt, then Jackson runs off tackle to get the ball into Detroit territory. He carried a few Lions along for the ride, setting up 3rd and 1.

Jackson gets the 1st down, and then some, as he runs over Delmas rumbling to the Lion 36.

Scott's at it again on Twitter:

Ford Field erupts. A Lions TD? Nah, just the Dunkin' Donuts race.

HA!

Bulger converts a 3rd and 7, as his pass is complete at the Lions 17. 2 incompletions, one narrowly missing a TD, sets up 3rd and 10. Can the Lions' D get a stop?

Bulger with a short drop...Dewayne White chips the RB, throws his hands up...and FINDS THE BALL IN HIS HANDS AT THE 17! Pick Detroit! I gotta give props, that was a great play by White!

Lions find themselves facing a 3rd and 6 after the White pick. Stafford moves out of the pocket, and converts on a short throw to Fitzsimmons! 1st down...finally.

Kevin Smith heads wide right, and Paris Lenon, of all people, makes a TD saving shoestring tackle, as Smith only gets 8...though there was a ton of green in front of him.

NOOOOOOOOOO! The stream froze!

My best guess is the server committed suicide rather than continue streaming this shit.

It's also the end of the 3rd quarter.
