Update: No running diary today thanks to the NFLs bullshit blackout policies. For the life of me, I can't even find a web feed. Tried for almost an hour, no luck.
About the only people who have the broadcast on FOX are those in the St. Louis area and parts of outstate Michigan. Apparently none of them are streaming the game. So I'll likely have to wait for the torrents to come thru later tonight, and watch at my lesiure.
The money grubbing corporate monopoly known at the National Football League is on my shit list. So are the Lions, but for other reasons, obviously...
It's been an awful football weekend in the great state of Michigan. as every D1 team lost. The Wolverines, Spartans, Chips, Broncos and Eagles are all wondering what the Hell happened. Some more than others, obviously. So all hopes are now pinned on the Lions to salvage something from the Halloween weekend.
Yet the bad news keeps on a comin', as the Freep is reporting Calvin Johnson will NOT play today. Shit.
Christ. The FOX pregame starts with a crying Brett Favre, then cuts to bitchy Cheeseheads, and goes downhill from there. Kill me now. Seriously.

1:08 PM: Doing my best to find a web stream, but Rams vs Lions isn't exactly a must see game for most NFL fans. Keep your fingers crossed...
1:24 PM: Still no luck, folks. There are all kinds of Lions fans on Twitter asking the same question...where's the Lions?
1:34 PM: The NFL can bite me. Blackouts are evil. No luck on a stream, either. It's looking like I'll be stuck trying to catch the occasional Red Zone look in, and looking for a torrent later today. I'm so pissed at the NFL, I really don't want to use their authorized stream after midnight. I'm not in the mood to give the NFL anything of mine, even a web click.
