We had a technology meltdown of epic proportions last night, so Eno and myself had to move our Detroit Lions discussion on The Knee Jerks to tonight at 11PM. I'm not going to bore you with all the details, but let's just say Blog Talk Radio's software and host log in system were a huge disappointment. But we keep hope alive here at TWFE, and will try again. Yes we can!
Our guests, The Bleacher Report's Michael Schottey and Dean Holden, were gracious enough to shift their schedules around in order to join us tonight, PC's, Skype, the internet and Blog Talk Radio willing. So turn down the volume on Mario Impemba and Rod Allen broadcasting the Tigers from LaLa-Land, and listen to us shred the Lions, and talk Red Wings and Tigers while we're at it!
In other Knee Jerks news, next week's show is going to be at a different time as well, 9PM on Monday 8/31. The time change will allow us to have an actual man of letters on the big show, Marty Appel, author of the new book about the late 7 time All-Star catcher, 1976 MVP and captain of the New York Yankees, the late Thurman Munson. Marty's book is called: "Munson, The Life and Death of a Yankee Captain." I can personally tell you it's been a captivating read, and this is coming from a Yankee hater!
So join us tonight for the best podcast in Detroit...postponed to a Tuesday, The Knee Jerks!
